Deadline for 100% Refund

The deadline for 100% refund is 4:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8.

To drop a class, sign in to MyEvCC portal. Enter your Student ID and password (6-digit birthdate), then select Winter 2021, enter the class item numbers into the table below and click the Add/Drop button.

The deadline for 50% refund is 4:30 p.m. Oct. 9.

Please note: Registration and refund deadlines may differ for classes which don't adhere to standard start and end dates, this is also true for self-support classes which have a separate fee structure. Other courses that may have different applicable deadlines include, online, correspondence, telecourse, some language and arts courses. Self-Support or non-tuition classes do not have refunds beyond the first five days of each quarter.

Deadline to register, add a class (with written instructor permission) or drop a class without record (10th day)

ACT has canceled testing for July 18 at 15 Washington state locations, including Everett Community College. All students who registered for the July 18 ACT test will recieve email updates about test center cancelations and availability. For more information, visit the ACT webpage. 

EvCC is closed on Fridays from June 26 to September 11.
