Lean Facilitator Bios

Lean Facilitators attend Lean Training events where they are equipped with essentials for providing tools, managing effective changes, and implementing streamlined processes. From there, Facilitators can lead their own Lean processes and teach others to encourage reflection and equip frontline employees to improve processes.
