Apply for Admission Online

Fill out the online application and get your ctcLink ID number! 
If you have not attended EvCC in the past two quarters, you will need to apply again. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

New students:

Due to capacity issues, we will only be able to enroll TS (TS, HS+, GED) level students for the winter quarter. Please check back later in February for upcoming orientation appointment dates. You can enter your email here to receive one email in February with details on how to sign up for the next orientation. 
In the meantime, look into possible opportunities at these places: 

• I-BEST
• Free workshops at the BRIDGES Center in RAI 112
• Your local library, such as Talk Time
• Evergreen Goodwill on Everett Mall Way
• The RISNW office in RAI 228 (phone number: 425-388-9307)
• Other community colleges

We still offer pre-college orientations for the winter quarter - TS 77 and above.
To be placed in TS 77 and above: 

• you are able to communicate your thoughts in complete sentences with confidence and ease in English, in both spoken and written forms
• you are able to communicate fairly fluently without using any translation tools or help from others
• you are able to read and follow instructions
• you are able to ask questions for clarification and gather information
• you are used to doing some reading in English regularly, such as emails, billboard information, job postings, etc. 
   

Why do you need an orientation appointment? This session is when you will complete mandatory placement testing and register for classes. The testing will help our advisors to place you into the best level of classes for you. You do not need to study before your appointment, it is not pass or fail. At the orientation, you will also get your campus login and activate your ctcLink account. Please be prepared to stay for the entire time. We will be unable to provide childcare during the appointment. Please do not bring children/family/guests.  

Returning/current students:

If you are a returning student but did not take classes during Spring 2025 or Summer 2025, you will need to complete the orientation again for Fall 2025. 

If you have been an EvCC student within the last 6 months, registration for Winter quarter will open on November 12.
Classes begin January 5. The last day to register for Winter quarter classes online by yourself via ctcLink without instructor permission is January 7. If you need assistance, please come to our office by 3pm on December 31.
Please be aware that classes fill up fast and may not be available the longer you wait to register. Please view the ctcLink guides for assistance.

Attend your Advising appointment

Orientation/advising will be in-person. Please be on time and prepared to stay the entire 3 hours.
You can expect an email the day before or morning of your appointment with the exact room number. Childcare will not be available during orientation. Please do not bring children/family/guests. All students who intend on registering need to schedule and attend their own appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. If no other appointments are available, you will have to wait until the following quarter.
