New Copier/Printer Rollout

Over the past few months, Tech Services has been working on onboarding a new printer management vendor. We are happy to announce that Copiers Northwest (CNW) will be taking over the service and management of our printer and copier fleet. In partnering with this Pacific Northwest-based company, the college should enjoy a higher level of service quality and responsiveness to issues. EvCC received many recommendations regarding CNW from our sister institutions across the state and are excited to move forward. 

What you need to know

Starting August 12th, CNW will be replacing our current fleet of Xerox MFDs with Canon MFDs. Here’s the current schedule:

• August 12th: AMTEC, Cascade, Fitness Center, Liberty, Cedar Hall, and Mountain View Hall
• August 13th: Cosmetology, Aviation, ORCA, Parks
• August 14th: Gray Wolf, Olympus, JCRC, Rainier
• August 15th: Glacier, Facilities, Shuksan, Whitehorse. 
  • Note: The buildings for the 14th & 15th may be slightly different, but all will be installed by Monday, August 18th. 

Please be aware that the overall printing process we have used in the past will essentially be the same!
