Apply for Admission Online

Fill out the online application and get your ctcLink ID number! 
If you have not attended EvCC in the past two quarters, you will need to apply again. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

Sign up for Advising/Orientation  

Summer quarter orientations will open for booking on June 3 at 9am, first come first served. You must come in-person to sign up. Appointments will not be available to book online. We will be located in the Jackson Center, please click here to view a map of the campus. There will only be 100 appointments available so it is recommended you show up early. Please bring your photo ID. This is for Summer quarter ONLY. Fall dates will be announced at a later date.

Orientation and advising is mandatory for all new students or students returning from more than 2 quarters (6 months) ago. Summer quarter advising will open for scheduling June 3 at 9am, first come first served. Please make sure you have a student ID (ctcLink) before booking an appointment (see step 1). You must complete orientation before registering for classes. Orientations will take 3 hours and will be in-person only. Please be prepared to stay for the entire time. We will be unable to provide childcare during the appointment. Please do not bring children/family/guests. Summer quarter classes begin July 1. 

If you have been an EvCC student within the last 6 months, registration for Summer quarter will open on May 28. The last day to register for Summer quarter classes online by yourself via ctcLink without instructor permission is June 30. If you need assistance, please come to our office by 3pm on June 27. Please be aware that classes fill up fast and may not be available the longer you wait to register. Please view the ctcLink guides for assistance. Summer quarter classes will begin on July 1. 

Las orientaciones para el trimestre de verano se abrirán para calendarizar citas, el 3 de junio a las 9 de la mañana, por orden de llegada. Deberá acudir en persona para inscribirse. Las citas no se podrán reservar en línea. Estaremos localizados en el Jackson Center, por favor clic aquí para ver el mapa del campus. Sólo habrá 100 citas disponibles, por lo que se recomienda presentarse con antelación. Por favor traiga su identificación con foto. Esto es SOLO para el trimestre de verano. Las fechas de otoño se anunciarán más adelante.

La Orientación y asesoría académica son obligatorias para los nuevos estudiantes y los estudiantes que regresan después de dos trimestres (6 meses de ausencia). El asesoramiento para el trimestre de verano se abrirá el 3 de junio a las 9 de la mañana, por orden de llegada. Asegúrese de tener su identificación de estudiante (ctcLink) antes de agendar una cita ( mire el paso 1).  Usted debe completar la orientación antes de inscribirse a las clases. Las orientaciones durarán 3 horas y serán en persona solamente. Por favor prepárese para permanecer el tiempo completo. No podremos ofrecer cuidado de niños durante la cita. Por favor no traiga niños, familia o invitados.  Las clases de verano empiezan el 1 de Julio. 

Si usted ha sido EvCC estudiante durante los pasados 6 meses, la inscripción para el verano se abrirá el 28 de mayo. Último día para matricularse en línea en las clases del trimestre de verano a través de ctcLink sin autorización del instructor es  Junio 30. Si necesita asistencia, por favor venga a nuestra oficina a las 3pm en Junio 27.  Tenga en cuenta que las clases se llenan muy rápido y tal vez no tenga oportunidad de inscribirse si espera mucho tiempo. Revise las guías del ctcLink para asistencia. Las clases del trimestre de verano empiezan el 1 de Julio. 

Attend your Advising appointment

Orientation/advising will be in-person. Please be on time and prepared to stay the entire 3 hours.
You can expect an email the day before or morning of your appointment with the exact room number. Childcare will not be available during orientation. Please do not bring children/family/guests. All students who intend on registering need to schedule and attend their own appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. If no other appointments are available, you will have to wait until the following quarter.

La orientación/asesoramiento será en persona. Por favor, sea puntual y esté preparado para permanecer las 3 horas.
​Espere​ un correo electrónico el día antes o la mañana de su cita con el número exacto de​l salón. No disponemos de cuidado de niños o guardería durante la orientación. Por favor no traiga niños/familiares/ invitados. Todos los estudiantes que deseen inscribirse necesitan hacer su cita y atender la orientación personalmente. Si usted está más de 15 minutos tarde, necesita agendar su cita nuevamente. De no haber citas disponibles, tendrá que esperar hasta el próximo trimestre.
