Program Fee, Payment Options, and Fee Waiver

CTE Dual Credit Program Fee

The EvCC CTE Dual Credit program does not charge tuition for CTE classes.

EvCC charges an annual $50 administrative nonrefundable fee for the program regardless of how many credits or grades are earned.

The fee is charged to your account after you have formally requested to have your CTE Dual Credit classes transcribed on your transcript.

EvCC CTE Dual Credit Fee Waiver

An EvCC CTE Dual Credit Fee Waiver is available to eligible students. The fee waiver covers the annual $50 administrative fee. To be eligible, you need to meet all of the following criteria.

  • Currently attend a high school in the Everett Community College (EvCC) service district (Arlington, Darrington, Everett, Granite Falls, Lakewood, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Monroe, Mukilteo, Snohomish, Stanwood, or Sultan).
  • Fee not already covered by a school district or high school.
  • Approved free-or-reduced-price lunches (FRPL) for the current school year, and provide a school district FRPL verification letter.

Our fee waiver funds are limited and priority is given to students in the EvCC service area whose school district or high school is not covering the fee for all of its students. This waiver does not affect any other dual credit program that you may be enrolled in at EvCC.

Students are required to submit documentation and the CTE Dual Credit Fee Waiver Request Form  to the CTE Dual Credit program by the deadline. The form and documentation need to be emailed to cte@everettcc.edu.
