Program Map for Business Technology: Medical Track
Program Description: The Business Technology ATA degree prepares students for a wide variety of office support careers. Office support personnel use technology and research tools, produce documents, maintain files, greet visitors, schedule appointments and meetings, and arrange conference calls. The ability to think critically, take initiative, and communicate effectively with diverse populations are required skills to be successful in these careers.
There are two pathways to achieve the Business Technology ATA. Students may choose to take a medical or general business technology path to earn one degree. Each pathway is made up of stacking certificates that can stand alone or be part of the Business Technology ATA. The medical business technology pathway is outlined below.
The Business Technology ATA degree directly transfers to Central Washington University’s Information Technology and Administrative Management BAS degree.
