Vegetarian Cooking - NUTR 120

Learn about plant-based diets and their effect on health, culture, and sustainability. This 3-credit livestream class features online discussions and assignments, plus weekly cooking labs that allow students to practice vegetarian cooking and taste what they are learning about.

In a livestream class, a portion of the online content is delivered via live via video. Students will attend remotely during scheduled live-streaming sessions 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays. No on-campus classes or labs.

Prerequisites: Eligibility for ENGL& 101 AND eligibility for MATH 096.
