Important Deadline

Students who are in agreement under EvCC's Tuition payment plan must pay remaining tuition balance by the 35th calendar day of the quarter (online or in person).  If there is a left over balance that is not paid in full by the 35th day, there will be an added $26.50 fee. 

Last day for 50% refund (20th calendar day). You MUST drop by the end of business day, 4:30 p.m. Self support and non-standard classes may not have a 50% refund, or may have a different deadline. See Class Schedule:

Last day for 100% refund (5th day) for Fall 2019 quarter. You MUST drop by the end of the business day. Self support and non-standard classes have a different deadline. See Class Schedule:

Today there is no registration for classes. Registration reopens for all on August 22.

Today is the deadline to pay tuition for early registration for Fall quarter 2018. You may pay with a credit card online through My EvCC portal or in person at the Cashiers Office in the Parks Student Union. Students who miss this payment risk being dropped from classes.

Based on current best-practice and security standards, the EvCC Campus Accounts Password Policy will be changing this Summer 2019. The current plan is for the new password policy to go into effect on Friday, July 12th.

The new policy includes 2 major changes to your current campus account password.
