Grades are due to be posted to student transcripts on June 24.

Instructors should have Spring 2026 grades turned in and correctly submitted in their ctcLink grade roster by 12:00pm on June 23. For more information, please see:

Final exams for Spring 2026 classes take place June 15-18. See the final exam schedule and talk to your instructors if you have questions.

Today is the last day of Spring 2026 classes.

The deadline to drop with a W or change to an audit for any Spring 2026 class is 11:59 p.m. May 29

The deadline to make changes to residency for Spring 2026 is May 5 (30th calendar day).

The deadline for 50% refund for Spring 2026 classes is 11:59 p.m. April 25. To drop a class, log into ctcLink and follow these directions. Please note: Registration and refund deadliens may differ for classes that don't adhere to standard start and end dates and for self-support classes that have a separate fee structure. Other courses that may have different deadlines include online, correspondance, telecourse, and some language and arts classes.

The deadline to apply to graduate Spring 2026 is April 17. Follow these directions to apply.

Deadline to drop a class with 50% refund and no record (10th day) is 11:59pm on April 25 (10th day)
