Important Deadline

Grades are due to be posted to student transcripts on March 25.

Instructors should have Winter 2026 grades turned in and correctly submitted in their ctcLink grade roster by 12:00pm on March 24. For more information, please see:

Final exams for Winter 2026 classes take place March 17-20. See the final exam schedule and talk to your instructors if you have questions.

Today is the last day of Winter 2026 classes.

The deadline to drop with a W or change to an audit for any Winter 2026 class is 11:59 p.m. February 27

The deadline to make changes to residency for Winter 2026 is January 24 (30th calendar day).

The deadline for 50% refund for Winter 2026 classes is 11:59 p.m. January 24. To drop a class, log into ctcLink and follow these directions. Please note: Registration and refund deadliens may differ for classes that don't adhere to standard start and end dates and for self-support classes that have a separate fee structure. Other courses that may have different deadlines include online, correspondance, telecourse, and some language and arts classes.
