If you're new to EvCC and are thinking about taking classes this Winter we recommend you apply by June 16 at EverettCC.edu/Apply. That will give you the best chance to get into the classes you want.

Priority Financial Aid Date Priority Financial Aid Date for maximum funding and tuition hold eligibility. **We recommend submitting your FASFA/WASFA two weeks before this date in case you need to submit additional documentation. Missed the date? Visit Financial Aid for more information.

The class schedule for Winter classes (January 5-March 20) is available online October 17.

The deadline to register or add a class (with written instructor permission) is 11:59 p.m. October 3. Cencus (Enrollment Lock) date for Financial Aid

Deadline for Fall 2025 Admissions: This is the last day to apply for new students and have time to complete new student steps before registration closes. 

Deadline for Summer 2025 Admissions: This is the last day to apply for new students and have time to complete new student steps before registration closes. 

Grades are due to be posted to student transcripts on December 17.
 

Instructors should have Fall 2025 grades turned in and correctly submitted in their ctcLink grade roster by 12:00pm on December 16. For more information, please see:
