Free Info Session - Cosmetology

All Information Sessions are via ZOOM. Attendees will receive important information about the Cosmetology program at EvCC and how to get started in this exciting career. Our information sessions are presented by our Cosmetology instructors.  Attendance is required for admission into the Cosmetology program and is a mandatory process to register.

Paying for College via Worker Retraining Funding Program

Learn more about eligible programs by attending the Paying for College Worker Retraining Funding Program Virtual Information Session on Tuesday, October 13th, at 10 a.m.

This session will include:  
∙ A general overview of Worker Retraining
∙ Ability to connect with 12 community and technical colleges from Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties 
∙ The opportunity to speak to an Employment Security Department representative about general  unemployment information  
∙ The chance to talk with our community resource navigators  

African African-American Family Event

Inspired by the revolutionary leaders of the 1960s and 70s, we will be looking back at the days which originated the phrase “Knowledge is Power”. In the face of so much going on with our society, we have to be diligent about educating our community. Attend our annual African African-American family event on November 5th to participate in black culture, black business, financial literacy, and the importance of community service discussions.
