Workshop and Info Sessions

This event is an opportunity for students and staff to gather together and learn about sensitive topics in a fun and engaging way. Adam Grabowski was voted the nation’s top comic four times in a row, and has been outspoken about his own struggles with
depression and anxiety, which he incorporates into his shows. Consent(sus) is an audience-interactive lecture with real-time anonymous surveys, which Adam incorporates into his talk on consent. He will be coming to Jackson Center 101 on April 22 nd , 2019, at 12-1pm. There will be snacks and sodas provided for attendees.

EvCC's East County Campus is hosting a college information session in Spanish for students and their families at St. Mary of the Valley Catholic church in Monroe.  At Noche Entre Familia, families will learn about ways to pay for college, how to earn free college credit in high school, college programs and classes to learn English and complete a GED. The event is free and open to the public. The event will also include food and family activities. Childcare is available at the church. 
Where: St. Mary of the Valley is located at 601 W. Columbia St. in Monroe.

Aviation Department  - Monthly Information Session

Learn how you can get trained to become an aviation maintenance technician at our Aviation Maintenace Technician School. Find out how you can learn to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft electronic systems in our Advanced Avionics: Aircraft Electronics Technician Training.
