How to Make a Payment in ctcLink

Directions for how to make a payment in ctcLink. 

After you register, drop, or make any other enrollment changes in your ctcLink account, tuition calculation and the amount due will be visible on the next business day. The system does not immediately calculate tuition or the amount due. 

Tuition Payment Plan

Everett Community College offers a convenient payment plan through Nelnet that allows a student to split tuition into multiple, interest-free payments.  International Students are not eligible for Nelnet Payment Plan Winter quarter 2026.

Pay online with a credit card in ctcLink

  • We only accept Visa and Mastercard.
  • Debit cards have to be run as a credit card (it must have a "V" code on it).

Pay by phone with credit card or debit card

Call the Cashiers Office at 425-388-9225.

Paying via Check 

Send a check with a note of your ctcLink ID number and Name

Allow extra time for the mail, and send an email to cashier@everettcc.edu, letting them know you have sent your payment

Payment Receipts 

I need a receipt showing how much I paid for my tuition and fees at EvCC. How do I request that?
You can obtain an itemized invoice in ctcLink. If you have further questions. email the Cashiers Office at cashier@everettcc.edu or call 425-388-9225. Include your ctcLink ID number.
