The Cashiers Office (in Parks 201) provides services for students and employees to pay tuition, fees, and traffic fines. The Cashiers Office accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card payments. For more information, view the Tuition Policies and Procedures.

After you register, drop, or make any other enrollment changes in your ctcLink account, tuition calculation and the amount due will be visible on the next business day. The system does not immediately calculate tuition or the amount due.
Tuition Payment Plan
Everett Community College offers a convenient payment plan through Nelnet that allows a student to split tuition into multiple, interest-free payments. International Students are not eligible for Nelnet Payment Plan Winter quarter 2026.
Pay online with a credit card in ctcLink
- We only accept Visa and Mastercard.
- Debit cards have to be run as a credit card (it must have a "V" code on it).
