Health Care Pre-Professional Programs

Many professional healthcare careers require a bachelor or graduate degree, including chiropractic medicine, dental hygiene, dentistry, medicine, nutrition and dietetics, nursing transfer, occupational therapy, optometry, pharmacy, physical therapy and veterinary medicine.

EvCC offers the freshman- and sophomore-level math, science and other courses that must be taken before transferring to a university as a junior in any science major. EvCC's science and math courses meet high academic standards and are accepted by Washington and Oregon state universities as equivalent to their own courses. By taking these courses at EvCC, you'll save money, enjoy small classes, use modern science labs and interact with PhD level instructors who specialize in teaching. Also, your program advisors keep up-to-date with changes in university majors and programs.
