Advanced Manufacturing Training & Education Center


The Advanced Manufacturing Training & Education Center (AMTEC) is a 54,000 sq. ft. modern facility located at 909 N. Broadway in Everett, WA, that is operated by Everett Community College. AMTEC offers state-of-the-art training toward short, stackable certifications and certificates that build to college degrees and a pathway to family wage jobs in the manufacturing industry. Hands-on manufacturing training is also available at EvCC's North County location in Arlington.

Connecting Graduates with Jobs

AMTEC has on-site employment facilitators who work directly with students and employers to place graduates into jobs. Employment facilitators meet individually with students to tailor their resumes, research companies and jobs, and practice interview questions. They also provide job readiness workshops in the classroom about navigating the job market, using social media to network professionally, and transitioning from college to the workplace.
