The Testing Center is currently operating in a hybrid model.  Some processes have changed to accommodate online services. Please select the best option for you from the menu below.

Chemistry and Physics

Currently available as a Canvas "class."  Please email testing@everettcc.edu for details.

Proctored Testing

By appointment only.

If you need to take a test for an online class or distance-learning course, please follow the steps below during our efforts to maintain social distancing.

  1. Have your test sent to EvCC. We can accept tests by:
    • Mail: Everett Community College, Testing Center, 2000 Tower Street, Everett, WA, 98201
    • Fax: 425-388-9536
    • Email: testing@everettcc.edu
    • Please be aware that regular mail (as opposed to FAX or e-mail) can sometimes take a while to get to us.
  2. Use our YouCanBookMe calendar to make an appointment.
  3. At any time before testing, pay the $25 proctoring fee for the first two hours and $15 for every additional hour (waived for WAOL or EvCC classes) with the Cashiers Office in the Parks Student Union, Room 201. During our efforts to maintain social distancing, you can pay with Cashiers over the phone or in person with an appointment. You can call 425-388-9225 to connect with Cashiers. If you pay over the phone, please make sure to ask about your unique Customer ID. If you pay in person, you will be issued a receipt.
  4. Come to the Testing Center to take your test. Bring your photo ID, test receipt or Customer ID, and any specific materials your instructor has allowed (notes, books, etc.). We have pencils, scratch paper, and basic calculators available. Make sure you arrive in plenty of time to complete your test before the center closes for the day.
