Deadline for Tuition Payment Plan

If you have a Tuition Payment Plan with the Cashiers Office, the deadline to make your final payment for Fall quarter is 4:30 p.m. Oct. 25. 

You can pay online or by phone at 425-388-9225.

If your leftover balance is not paid in full by the 35th day, there is a $26.50 fee

Deadline for 50% Refund

The deadline for 50% refund is 4:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8.

To drop a class, sign in to MyEvCC portal. Enter your Student ID and password (6-digit birthdate), then select Winter 2021, enter the class item numbers into the table below and click the Add/Drop button.

Deadline for 100% Refund

The deadline for 100% refund is 4:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24.

Deadline to add a class online without instructor permission

Deadline to add a class online without instructor permission AND waitlist stops moving automatically.

Registration after Sept. 17 requires written permission from the class instructor. You may request permission from the instructor via email. Look up faculty emails here.

Deadline to Apply for Financial Aid for Winter Quarter

November 1, 2021 is the deadline to submit your 2021-2022 FAFSA or WASFA and any required EvCC paperwork for financial aid. We recommend filing your FAFSA or WASFA at least two weeks prior to the deadline.
