CHS Application and Registration Information
Apply and Register for College in the High School (CHS)
There are two registration periods for students: Winter (yearlong and first semester classes) and Spring (second semester classes). Below is information for Spring 2024 registration. For the 2023-2024 academic year deadlines, visit our CHS Dates and Deadlines page.
CHS ApplicationThe Applications fot the 2023-24 school year is now closed.Students may or may not need to submit an application, below are the scenarios students may have: Current EvCC StudentsCurrent students are students who have an existing EvCC student account and student ID number, there are two types of continuing students:
New EvCC StudentsIMPORTANT: Follow our step-by-step How to Apply: CHS guide (Google Slides) If the student has NEVER applied to EvCC and does not have an EvCC student ID number, they must submit an application following the CHS guidelines. Apply for Admissions using the Online Admission Application Portal (OAAP). Students will be applying for Spring 2024. Do not re-apply if you have a ctcLink ID number AND an EvCC student account. Applications not received by the application deadline are not guaranteed to be processed before the registration deadline date. |

Registration for the 2023-24 school year is now closed.View our step-by-step How to Register for CHS Classes guide (Google Slides) Students MUST register for the college class in order to earn the college credit. A permanent EvCC transcript will be created for students who register for their CHS classes. CHS classes are not featured in the EvCC Class Schedule, you will need to find your classes in the CHS Class Spreadsheet below. CLASS INFORMATION: 2023-2024 EvCC College in the High School Classes (Google Spreadsheet) The EvCC online registration system only allows students to register for a maximum of 20 credits online per quarter. CHS students who need to register for over 20 credits will need to complete the EvCC CHS Maximum Credit Form with the remaining class(es) information. |
Don’t forget to check your email! You’ll receive updates on the status of your enrollment from Everett Community College.
NOTE: Private school students will need to make payment to be considered registered for CHS classes. Please see our payment page for more information. For Spring 2024 payment must be made by March 5, 2024, by 11:59 p.m. If registration is done after the payment deadline tuition is due within two business days.
ctcLink Troubleshooting
Forgot your ctcLink ID:
- Copy of HS ID
- Copy of unofficial HS transcript
- Date of birth
- Mailing address
5. Re-apply for admissions to EvCC. Your ctcLink ID number will be emailed to you.
Activating your account:
See account activation directions and video. You need to activate your account before you can log in. After you activate your account, write down your new ctcLink ID number! Printable ctcLink ID number card.
If you are getting an error message when attempting to activate your account please email us at collegeinhs@everettcc.edu with the information you are entering on the activation screen (first name, last name, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) and your ID number)
Logging in:
If you are unable to log in, please try to reset your password by clicking the reset password link on the login screen. If you are unable to reset your password please contact our Technology Services department. If you are able to, please submit screenshots of the issue you are experiencing. That may help solve the problem faster.

Downloading the ctcLink mobile app:
ctcLink has a mobile app that can be used on Android, Apple iOS, and Windows devices. After you activate your ctcLink account, go to the respective app store for each platform, search for ctcLink, and install from there.
