Deadline for 100% Refund

The deadline for 100% refund is 4:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8.

To drop a class, sign in to MyEvCC portal. Enter your Student ID and password (6-digit birthdate), then select Winter 2021, enter the class item numbers into the table below and click the Add/Drop button.

The deadline for 50% refund is 4:30 p.m. Oct. 9.

Please note: Registration and refund deadlines may differ for classes which don't adhere to standard start and end dates, this is also true for self-support classes which have a separate fee structure. Other courses that may have different applicable deadlines include, online, correspondence, telecourse, some language and arts courses. Self-Support or non-tuition classes do not have refunds beyond the first five days of each quarter.

Deadline to register, add a class (with written instructor permission) or drop a class without record (10th day)

The deadline for 100% refund is 4:30 p.m. Sept. 25.

Deadline to add a class without instructor permission AND waitlists stop moving automatically.
