How to Submit Documents to the Financial Aid Office (FAO)
Submitting your documents to the Financial Aid Office (FAO) is a crucial step in the financial aid process. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your documents are received and processed correctly.
Accepted Methods of Submission
1. In Person
You can submit your documents directly to the Financial Aid Office in person. This method ensures that your documents are received immediately and allows you to ask any questions you may have. Please see our homepage (or the grey right bar) for our current office hours and location.
2. Document Submission Form
You can use our online Document Submission Form to upload your documents securely. This method is convenient and ensures that your documents are directly submitted to your student file.

3. Fax
You may fax your documents to the Financial Aid Office. Ensure that your fax includes a cover sheet with your name, student ID number, and a list of the documents being submitted. Fax Number: 425-388-9185
4. U.S. Mail

Acceptable Documentation for verification of tax information:
1. Request a transcript directly from the IRS.

2. If you (or your parents) are unable to obtain an IRS Tax Return Transcript, we will accept a signed copy of the income tax return (1040) that the tax filer submitted to the IRS or other tax authorities to verify FAFSA/ISIR income and tax return information.
