Move-in Information (Domestic/US Students)

Move-in Day - 2025-2026 Academic Year

Are you unable to move-in on your designated day? See below under Early Arrival for more information about arriving early. Please understand that an early move-in may not be possible.

On Your Move-in Day

You will receive Move-in instructions in the email with your housing assignment, but please plan to arrive on your designated move in date between 8am and 5pm.

Parking Permits
Student housing residents must register their vehicle with Campus Safety & Security. Parking permits are required at all times. Purchase your parking permit prior to arrival.

Early Arrival 

Students may move-in earlier than their designated move-in date with permission from student housing. To request an early arrival, please email housing@everettcc.edu. Students will be charged a $57 daily rate for each additional day in student housing prior to the domestic student move-in date for that quarter.

Roommate Information

If you will be living in Cedar Hall roommate information can be requested by emailing housing@everettcc.edu. Due to federal privacy laws, we are only able to release your roommate's name and EvCC student email address. Because many students do not check this email address until classes begin, please don't be discouraged if you don't receive a response from your new roommate.
