Student Services

The Vice President of Student Services provides vision, leadership, planning, development, assessment, and administration for a comprehensive array of support services designed to enhance student success and ensure the quality of the educational experience. 

Administrative responsibilities include the supervision of all Student Services staff and administrators while promoting excellence and integrity; lead innovation in services responsive to a rapidly changing educational marketplace; and strategic long- and short-term planning.

Cashiers Office

The Cashiers Office (in Parks 201) provides services for students and employees to pay tuition and other fees, purchase parking permits, and pay parking and traffic fines. The Cashiers Office accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card payments in person.

Center for Disability Services

Academic support; advocacy; accommodations, connections.

Computer Labs/Student Email

Access to standard lab software, printing, the Internet, and a student Gmail account.

Counseling & Student Success

Appointments for current or returning students with professional counselors for career counseling, academic/educational counseling, advising, and free short-term counseling, as well as referral to community resources.

Diversity & Equity Center

Resources and services for students and faculty, Safe Zone, Women's Programs, Diversity Initiatives.

Early Learning Center (Child Care)

Child care for children of students, staff, and faculty.

eLearning Office

General information regarding online, hybrid, and web-enhanced classes and Canvas support.

Enrollment Services

Oversees College Admissions, Advising, Student Records, Registration, Credential Evaluation, Testing Center, International Student Services, Running Start, and Outreach.

Financial Aid/Scholarships

Provides information for students and parents regarding financing their education and refers students to potential funding sources.

Food Pantry

The EvCC Food Pantry is a student-led and organized free service available to EvCC students and employees experiencing food insecurity.

Library Media Center

Research assistance, physical and electronic collections, Course Reserves, instruction, and computers.

Student Housing

Fully furnished apartments, flexible leases, all-in-one billing, low rates.

Student LIFE

Associated Students - government, programs, events, services, clubs, publications.
