eLearning Protocols

The eLearning Department maintains protocols that guide how we administer and access information in the educational technologies used at Everett Community College. We believe that the responsible use of any technology requires openness and transparency about the types of data collected, how those data are used, and how and when eLearning staff access individual courses or user records.

We invite all EvCC instructors to review the eLearning protocols for the learning management system and other platforms supported by eLearning. These protocols outline the circumstances under which eLearning or other college staff may access individual courses or user records, as well as specific responsibilities that fall either to faculty or to eLearning staff.
