How to Register

Before registering, it is best to meet with an advisor and plan your schedule. When you are able to register depends on your enrollment status. Returning and/or Continuing Students check out our Returning Students FAQ's sheet Acrobat PDF Reader Icon designed just for you.

Currently enrolled students begin to register first. Registration times and dates are established using the number of credits a student has earned here at EvCC. A student is considered in current status if they are presently taking classes or have completed classes in at least one of the previous two quarters (ex. - for Spring quarter registration, students are considered in current status if they are registered in Winter classes or if they completed classes in the previous Fall or Summer quarter). Watch your mailbox and check your college email for information like "Reg News" and registration times. Students are encouraged to check their MyEvCC Student Portal for their registration time and date. You may register any time on or after your registration date and time.

Former students who plan to return to EvCC after an absence of three or more quarters should refer to our Returning Student FAQ's page.

Open Registration - Once registration opens to all, students are eligible to register at any time either online or in person. Students should make sure they know their SID and PIN and should make sure they have completed testing, orientation and advising. If you have a question regarding your eligibility to register or student status contact Enrollment Services at 425-388-9219. New students should follow the How to Apply steps.

We make registration easy!

Register online using the State CTC Student Kiosk. Enrollment Services hosts computers in our hallway that are easily linked to the CTC Student Kiosk in Olympia.

Students that are unable to access the CTC Kiosk are invited to visit our friendly staff in the Parks Student Union, Room 201, where we will be happy to assist you with your registration. Please note that during peak registration wait times may be long. So prepare yourself by making sure you have completed all the steps in the admission process.

Payment deadlines apply once you’ve registered. Check Important Dates to avoid missing a payment deadline and/or being dropped from classes. Please be aware that EvCC does NOT always drop students for non-payment. Failure to pay may result in a student being billed for their classes. Students receiving financial aid or other types of tuition assistance should refer to our Payment Policy.

For college-credit course questions, contact Enrollment Services. For most non-credit courses, questions may be directed to the Corporate and Continuing Education Center.
