To ensure social distancing during the move-in process, students will be required to schedule a check-in appointment. Appointments should be scheduled at least two business days prior to arrival.

Schedule your check-in date:

To check-in, please visit the front desk of your assigned building at the time of your appointment. Staff will be available to greet you and provide you with the keys to your room.

To ensure that your room and keys are properly prepared, please do not arrive to check in outside of your scheduled move-in day and time.

Building Addresses:
Cedar Hall: 931 Trojan Way Everett, WA 98201
Mountain View Hall: 1004 Broadway Everett, WA 98201

Parking Permits
Student housing residents must register their vehicle with Campus Safety & Security. Parking permits are required to park in all parking lots on campus. Purchase your parking permit prior to arrival.

Social Distancing Guidelines

  1. Each student is permitted to bring up to two guests to help with unloading their vehicle and moving items into the room.
  2. Face coverings are not required but encouraged.
  3. No one who feels ill or has a fever should come to campus.
  4. Guests may help students get settled into rooms, but we ask that they leave within 30 minutes of moving in their student's belongings.

Quarantine Information

Vaccinated individuals do not need to quarantine, though they should still monitor for symptoms of COVID-19. Students who experience symptoms upon arrival to the US should notify Housing staff as soon as possible. EvCC Health will be contacted to determine the next steps. If the student tests positive for COVID-19, isolation will be necessary.

Students in isolation will not have to pay any additional amount for food during the isolation period. Meals and snacks will be provided to the students and paid for by the college. Staff will check-in regularly with students via email to see how they are feeling and address any additional needs (additional snacks, trash pickup, etc).

During the quarantine period, students will be required to remain in their room at all times, unless it is for a reason approved in advance, such as going to a doctor's appointment.

Early Arrival

Students may move-in earlier than their designated move-in date with permission from student housing. To request an early arrival, please email housing@everettcc.edu. Students will be charged a $30 daily rate for each additional night stayed in student housing prior to their designated move-in date.

Linen Package

Housing no longer provides linen packages for incoming international students. If students order the packages to be delivered to housing, we can ensure that it is placed in your room before your arrival.

The components of the shopping list are the following:

  • 2 flat sheets
  • 2 fitted sheets
  • 2 pillowcases
  • 1 pillow
  • 1 reversible comforter
  • 1 quilted mattress pad
  • 1 thermal cotton blanket
  • 2 bath towels
  • 2 hand towels
  • 2 washcloths

Roommate Information

If you will be living in Cedar Hall roommate information can be requested by emailing housing@everettcc.edu. Due to federal privacy laws, we are only able to release your roommate's name and EvCC student email address. Because many students do not check this email address until classes begin, please don't be discouraged if you don't receive a response from your new roommate.
