Move-in Information (International Students)

International Student Arrival Information 

*New international students move in early to attend orientation. The early move-in fee is in addition to your rent and covers your stay in housing for this time period.

Airport Transportation to Everett CC

Airport transportation is available upon request. Please contact internationaleducation@everettcc.edu for more information!

For students coordinating their own transportation

To ensure social distancing during the move-in process, students will be required to schedule a check-in appointment. Appointments should be scheduled at least two business days prior to arrival. 

To ensure that your room and keys are properly prepared, please do not arrive to check in outside of your scheduled move-in day and time. Please contact Housing@everettcc.edu with your flight information so we can be prepared for your arrival.

Parking Permits
Student housing residents must register their vehicle with Campus Safety & Security. Parking permits are required to park in all parking lots on campus. Purchase your parking permit prior to arrival.

Early Arrival 

Students may move-in earlier than their designated move-in date with permission from student housing. To request an early arrival, please email housing@everettcc.edu. Students will be charged a $55 daily rate for each additional day in student housing prior to their designated move-in date. This will be added to your early move-in fee for orientation.

Linen Package

Linen packages are provided by the International Education office upon request. Please contact internationaleducation@everettcc.edu for more information. These packages contain: 1 shower curtain, 1 blanket, 1 Twin XL sheet set, 1 pillow and pillowcase, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel.

For students wishing to purchase their own linens, we recommend the following shopping list:

• 2 flat sheets (Twin XL)
• 2 fitted sheets (Twin XL)
• 2 pillowcases
• 1 pillow
• 1 quilted comforter
• 1 quilted mattress pad (Twin XL)
• 1 thermal cotton blanket
• 2 bath towels
• 2 hand towels
• 2 washcloths
• 1 shower curtain

Roommate Information

If you will be living in Cedar Hall roommate information can be requested by emailing housing@everettcc.edu. Due to federal privacy laws, we are only able to release your roommate's name and EvCC student email address. Because many students do not check this email address until classes begin, please don't be discouraged if you don't receive a response from your new roommate.
