Everett Community College's participation in Achieving the Dream is funded by a grant from College Spark Washington in the amount of $550,000 over four years. $75K is paid directly to ATD each year; EvCC receives the remaining $250K spread over the four year grant period to assist with research, community and campus engagement, and implementation of student success initiatives.
Recognizing that Washington has a strong community college system that is worth investing in, College Spark Washington committed more than $10 million to enable 16 Washington Colleges to participate in Achieving the Dream.
