Dr. Jacquelyn M. Belcher External Site Link (Leadership Coach) served as the fifth president of Georgia Perimeter College, the largest associate degree-granting college andPicture of J Belcher ATD Coach the third largest higher education institution in the University System of Georgia as well as the state of Georgia.  The first woman appointed president at Georgia Perimeter College, Dr. Belcher also was the first non-white president in Georgia responsible for a higher education institution that was not historically Black.  Her career spans 35 years in community colleges and includes administration, management and instruction.  It also includes presidential appointments at  Minneapolis Community College and St. Elizabeth School of Nursing, Eugene Oregon.

Dr. Belcher served on and chaired such boards as the American Association of Community Colleges, the American Council on Education (ACE), the College Board, The National Council of Black American Affairs, among others.

Dr. Belcher earned a B.S. in Nursing from Marymount College (KS), M.A. in Psychosocial Nursing and Psychology from the University of Washington, a J.D. from Seattle University (WA), and a Post Masters in Business for non-business majors from the University of Washington.  She has enriched these experiences with leadership programs from such institutions as Harvard, the League of Innovation, and Personal Strengths Publishing Relationship Awareness.  She is known for her work as a Master Trainer/Facilitator.

Dr. Lynda Villanueva External Site Link (Data Coach) serves as the Associate Dean of Instructional Effectiveness and Student Success at Brazosport College.  In this rolePicture of ATD Coach L Villanueva she is responsible for the development and evaluation of various support services aimed at improving the success of developmental students including a student success course, tutoring, the Writing Center, and Supplemental Instruction.  She is an Achieving the Dream Data Coach for two Michigan and two Washington colleges as well as the Achieving the Dream Core Team Leader and College Readiness Special Advisor for Brazosport College.  At Brazosport College, she chairs the committees on Transitional Education, accreditation, general education assessment, workforce education assessment, and academic appeals.  She also serves on a variety of other committees related to curriculum and instruction, placement testing, and learning assistance.

Her research interests include counterproductive work behavior, occupational health psychology, and the development and evaluation of standards in education.  Prior to Brazosport College, she was an organizational consultant for various organizations, specializing in the areas of personnel selection and organizational development.

Lynda holds a B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University, a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.
