ASL Interpreter Requests

American Sign Language Interpreter Requests

ASL Interpreter Request Form

Everett Community College (EvCC) is committed to providing an inclusive campus environment for the equal participation of all individuals for events hosted by our campuses. The following information is for requesting American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters for campus programs, activities, or trainings, etc., but NOT for academic classroom accommodations.

Deaf or Hard of Hearing students needing ASL interpreting for academic classes should immediately contact the Center for Disability Services by email at CDS@everettcc.edu, phone at 425-388-9272, or directly to our videophone at 425-320-4066 to setup a new student intake appointment or complete a request for services (required each quarter) for interpreters to be assigned in their classes.

Individuals requiring ASL interpreting services for an EvCC event are requested to make that need known as soon as possible by completing our ASL Interpreter Request Form. The information can be provided by the Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing person directly, or by the campus department hosting the event. Requests entered with less than two weeks advance notice cannot be guaranteed due to the limited availability of interpreters.

If you have any questions regarding interpreter requests, please contact the Center for Disability Services by email at CDS@everettcc.edu, by a voice call at 425-388-9272, or directly to our videophone at 425-320-4066 (for Deaf/HoH individuals).

Thank you and we look forward to your participation in our campus events!
