Deadline for Winter 2026 Admissions: This is the last day to apply for new students and have time to complete new student steps before registration closes.

Before the 2026 league season starts, the Trojan Men's Basketball Team will host one more non-league game. It will be their first game of 2026 and it will be played on Saturday, January 3rd when they host the Community College's of Spokane. Tip-off against the Sasquatch will be at 2:00pm on the Larry Walker Court inside the Walt Price Student Fitness Center.

In the first game of the first half of the 2026 league season the Trojan Women's Basketball Team travels north up to Bellingham, WA on Wednesday, January, 7th. The league game with the Orcas of Whatcom Community College will start at 7:00pm in the WCC Pavilion, following the Men's game that starts at 5:00pm.

On Saturday, January 10th, the Trojan Women's Basketball Team hosts the Bulldogs of Bellevue College. The league game against the Bulldogs will start at 4:00pm on the Larry Walker Court in the Walt Price Student Fitness Center - 2206 Tower St. This game will follow the Men's game that starts at 2:00pm.

The deadline to set up a Tuition Payment Plan for Winter 2026 tuition and fees is 11:59 p.m. January 14.

Let’s honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. National Day of Service at Everett Community College with a campus-wide food drive in support of the EvCC Food Pantry on January 21, 2026. This day of service calls on students, staff, faculty, administrators, and community members to take collective action against one of Washington State’s most persistent equity gaps: food insecurity. Dr. King taught that justice is interconnected and that the well-being of one person impacts all of us. In that spirit, this food drive centers sustainable community care, mutual aid, and shared responsibility to support members of our campus community experiencing hunger. This event is open to all EvCC students, staff, faculty, administrators, and community members. Light refreshments will be provided for volunteers

Come learn how to write good essays for the Foundation Scholarship.  A strong essay can help you earn a scholarship for your education at EvCC. This workshop lasts for one hour. In the first half, we will talk about how to give compelling answers to the essay questions. In the second half, students will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with tutors.

This event is hosted by the Writing Center and will be in the Cascade Learning Resource Center, room 211. For more information, contact Samantha Morris (smorris@everettcc.edu), Writing Center Director.

The deadline to make changes to residency for Winter 2026 is January 24 (30th calendar day).

Are you transferring soon? Come learn how to write a compelling personal statement for your university application. We will spend the first half of this one-hour workshop talking about what to include in your personal statement. In the second half, you will have an opportunity to talk one-on-one with a writing tutor about your essay. We will look specifically at the University of Washington's transfer essay prompts.

EvCC’s Annual Student Career Conference offers middle and high school students in Snohomish County a chance to learn about college and career possibilities from prominent local professionals. Through keynote speakers, cultural sharing and panel sessions, students discuss and reflect on their own future educational journeys and career aspirations.

Deadline to drop a class with 50% refund and no record (10th day) is 11:59pm on April 17 (10th day)

The deadline for 50% refund for Spring 2026 classes is 11:59 p.m. April 25. To drop a class, log into ctcLink and follow these directions. Please note: Registration and refund deadliens may differ for classes that don't adhere to standard start and end dates and for self-support classes that have a separate fee structure. Other courses that may have different deadlines include online, correspondance, telecourse, and some language and arts classes. Self-support or non-tuition classes do not have refunds beyond the first five days of the quarter. A refund, if due, is mailed to the student's address on file or credited back to the credit card or agency. Refunds can take up to five weeks to process. Refunds under $10 will only be processed with a written request from the student. For students receiving financial aid, refunds may also be calculated in accordance with state/federal rules. These formulas are published in the Financial Aid procedures manual. Dropping classes during the quarter may trigger a request for repayment of financial aid money.
